Evaluation Design and consultation

Victoria Dougherty Consulting can help you develop or refine your internal processes and systems for evaluation so that you can evaluate and inform your work on an ongoing basis.  We emphasize evaluation for learning, and using participatory approaches to data collection and use whenever feasible.  We will help you determine and articulate your expected long-term and short-term results, and develop the most practical, and informative approach to systematically measure progress toward your results.   We will work in partnership with you to develop a system that makes sense for your organization's needs. And we will provide you with the tools, processes, technological solutions, and training to meet those needs.
